These terms and conditions apply to the TiBiznis app for mobile devices, the merchant web experience where you sign in to manage a store, and buyer-facing storefront pages (together, the "Application") offered by TiBiznis (the "Service Provider"). We may offer a free trial of merchant features; continued full use of the store after the trial may require a paid subscription. Pricing may be shown in the product or on our website. Buyers typically do not create a TiBiznis account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
TiBiznis is a tool that lets merchants create a storefront and receive orders through a shared link. TiBiznis does not act as a marketplace between buyers and sellers and does not handle delivery or logistics. For customer orders, TiBiznis provides software (listing, ordering, and communication features) and is not the seller and does not process payments between buyers and merchants. Separately, TiBiznis may charge merchants platform fees for access to the service, as described under Payments and transactions below.
TiBiznis does not process, hold, or transfer money for sales between buyers and merchants. When buyers pay for goods or services from a merchant, payment—whether by mobile money (for example MonCash or NatCash), Zelle, Cash App, bank transfer, cash, or any other method the parties arrange—is handled directly between the buyer and the merchant, outside TiBiznis. TiBiznis is not responsible for those payments, fraud, disputes between the parties, chargebacks, or delivery or fulfillment.
TiBiznis charges merchants for platform access. These are service fees to TiBiznis, not customer transactions and not payments for buyer orders. Merchants may pay a recurring subscription to activate and maintain their store after any trial. Payment options may include:
By subscribing or completing activation, you agree to pay the fees and charges described at checkout or in communications we provide. Failure to pay platform fees may limit or end merchant access as the product allows.
Merchants may receive a limited free trial. After the trial, activation may be required to continue full use of merchant features, and activation may require payment of platform fees. TiBiznis may send you reminders and activation links by email or in the product. Activation links are tied to your store and use secure tokens so only you (and people you share the link with) can use them to complete activation steps.
TiBiznis may offer a partner or referral program. Participants may earn rewards when referred merchants activate and pay for the platform, according to program rules we publish. Rewards, eligibility, and timing depend on successful activation and billing. The Privacy Policy describes how referral and partner-related data is handled.
If you use TiBiznis as a merchant, you are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings and pricing, for any payment instructions you display or communicate to buyers, for fulfilling orders in line with what you offer, and for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you (including tax, commerce, and consumer rules in your jurisdiction).
If you place an order through a merchant's TiBiznis storefront, you are responsible for verifying payment details and instructions before sending money, for communicating with the seller about your order, and for understanding that TiBiznis is not the seller—the merchant you order from is.
You may not use TiBiznis to offer illegal products or services, to commit fraud, or to post misleading listings or abuse the platform or other users. Without limiting other remedies, TiBiznis may take steps such as rejecting disallowed listings, removing or restricting how content appears to the public, or limiting or ending merchant access—including closing accounts where appropriate under these Terms or applicable law.
Prohibited or restricted content types include, for example: sexual exploitation or adult solicitation where not allowed; violence or dangerous goods; illegal drugs; tobacco or alcohol where restricted; scams, impersonation, or identity fraud; and other categories reflected in our moderation rules and reporting options. The exact boundaries depend on applicable law and how the product enforces policy at the time.
Product text. When merchants create or update a product, TiBiznis runs server-side, rule-based checks on the product name and note. Listings that match high-severity rules cannot be saved. Listings that match softer rules may still be saved but are flagged for internal review (they are not hidden from buyers solely because of that flag).
Product images. Uploaded merchant product images may be analyzed with AWS Rekognition (automated image screening). Depending on the result, an image may beflagged for internal review. While an image is in a flagged state, TiBiznis may omit that image from buyer-facing storefront pages and public previews generated by TiBiznis. Merchants can still manage listings in the merchant tools; enforcement targets what anonymous buyers see on the public storefront.
Human review. Flagged items and buyer reports are placed in internal moderation queues for TiBiznis operators. Review timing depends on staffing and volume; we do not guarantee immediate or same-day human review.
Store activation. Some merchant activations may require manual review (for example when payment proof is submitted). TiBiznis may review submitted information before granting or confirming activation.
Buyer reports. Buyers can submit a report about a storefront from the public shop UI. Reports are stored on TiBiznis servers (including the reason, optional details you provide, and limited technical metadata such as network address and browser information to reduce abuse). Reports are not shown to the reported seller as part of the standard buyer flow.
Duplicate or abusive reports. TiBiznis may ignore, merge, or rate-limit repeated or bad-faith reports. Automated screening can produce false positives or false negatives; merchants may need to adjust listings or contact support if something looks wrong.
Buyers can usually browse a merchant link and place an order without creating a TiBiznis account. On the device browser, TiBiznis may use local storage (for example to remember the cart, checkout name and phone for convenience, display language for that shop, and a list of stores the buyer chose to block on that device). Blocking a store does not sync to other devices or browsers unless TiBiznis adds that feature later.
The Application and related services are provided "as is". TiBiznis does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, any particular uptime, or that the service will meet your requirements. Availability may depend on your device, connectivity, and third-party systems.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TiBiznis and the Service Provider are not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers, for financial loss arising from those relationships, or for disputes between buyers and sellers. Your use of payment methods and fulfillment arrangements is at your own risk as between you and the other party.
Access to merchant features requires sign-in. TiBiznis supports phone sign-in (one-time code via SMS or supported phone verification) and email and password sign-in where enabled, using an authentication service (currently Firebase Authentication) to verify codes and credentials. TiBiznis does not store merchant passwords. After a successful sign-in, TiBiznis sets an HTTP-only session cookie in your browser so you stay signed in for a limited period. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and session. TiBiznis may limit or end merchant access—including closing accounts—for violations of these Terms, security risk, or as otherwise described here.
Internal moderation tools use a separate, operator-only sign-in and are not part of the merchant or buyer experience.
Merchants may delete their account and store from within the Application. Doing so removes your merchant account, storefront, and associated data we hold for that account as described in our Privacy Policy, except where we must keep certain information to meet legal, tax, regulatory, security, or dispute-handling obligations.
If you cannot complete deletion in the app, you may request help via the form at tibiznis.com/delete-account (include the phone number or merchant email you use for sign-in) or by emailing Support@tibiznis.com.
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider may modify the Application and its pricing. We may offer a free trial from time to time; after a trial, a paid subscription or other platform fee may be required for continued merchant access. Current pricing may appear in the product or on our website outside the app. We will communicate subscription and platform charges in a clear way before you complete payment, except where a change is required by law or payment network rules and we notify you as appropriate.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
The Application relies on third-party providers to operate. That includes, for example, Stripe for subscription billing and card processing (merchant platform fees); Firebase Authentication (merchant phone and email/password sign-in where used); Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications on the mobile app where enabled; Resend for transactional email (such as trial reminders, activation, and payment-related notices); cloud hosting for the app and APIs; object storage (such as Amazon S3 or S3-compatible storage) for images and uploads; AWS Rekognition for automated screening of uploaded product images as described above; and standard infrastructure logging from those providers. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us, under their own terms and privacy policies.
Some providers also publish standalone terms or privacy policies. Examples used with the Application include:
Please be aware that the Service Provider does not assume responsibility for certain aspects. Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, which can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges. By using the application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e., region or country) without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the application, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. For instance, it is your responsibility to ensure that your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
In terms of the Service Provider's responsibility for your use of the application, it is important to note that while they strive to ensure that it is updated and accurate at all times, they do rely on third parties to provide information to them so that they can make it available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the application.
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The application is currently available as per the requirements for the operating system (and for any additional systems they decide to extend the availability of the application to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to continue using the application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you. Unless they inform you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
For questions about these Terms and Conditions or support regarding the Application, contact the Service Provider at Support@tibiznis.com.
