Frequently asked questions
Answers about TiBiznis storefronts, sharing your link, and how shopping works. For platform contact options, see Contact.
- What is TiBiznis?
- TiBiznis is software that helps businesses create a simple online storefront. Sellers add products, share a link, and buyers browse and place orders without TiBiznis acting as a marketplace or payment processor.
- Does TiBiznis process payments?
- No. TiBiznis does not process, hold, or route payments. Sellers tell buyers how to pay (for example mobile money, bank transfer, or cash), and buyers pay the seller directly. TiBiznis provides listing and ordering tools only.
- How do buyers find my store?
- You share your store link by message, social post, or QR code. Buyers open the link in a browser—no app install is required for them to browse your catalog and check out.
- Do buyers need an account?
- Buyers typically do not need a TiBiznis account to browse a storefront and place an order. The flow is designed to stay lightweight on mobile.
- What can I sell on TiBiznis?
- You list the products or services you choose, with photos, variants such as color or size, and your prices. You are responsible for complying with the law and our terms for what you offer.
- Is TiBiznis a marketplace like Amazon?
- No. Each store belongs to one seller. TiBiznis does not rank competing merchants in a shared catalog or take a cut of sales as a marketplace. We provide the storefront and order tools for your own link.
- Where do I sign in as a merchant?
- Merchants sign in on the main TiBiznis site: use the Sign in link in the header or open /login. You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone (SMS) or, where enabled, with email and password.
- Who do I contact for product support?
- Buyers should contact the seller who runs the store. For questions about the TiBiznis platform itself, use the contact options on the Contact page.
- Can I block or report a storefront?
- From a public storefront you can block that shop on your current browser or device (stored locally only—it does not sync to other devices) or send a report to TiBiznis with a reason and optional details. Reports are stored for internal review; review timing depends on volume and is not guaranteed to be immediate.
- How does TiBiznis moderate listings?
- Merchant product names and notes are checked with automated, rule-based screening on TiBiznis servers; some text cannot be saved, and other matches may be flagged for staff review. Product images may be analyzed with AWS Rekognition; flagged images may be hidden from buyer-facing storefront pages while review is pending. Automated systems can be wrong—merchants may need to adjust listings or contact support if something looks incorrect.
