Use this form to ask TiBiznis to delete your account and associated personal data when you cannot complete deletion in the product (for example, you lost your device or no longer have access to your sign-in method). Merchants sign in with phone or email — include the phone number or merchant email you used for TiBiznis so we can match your account.
Merchants: if you can still sign in, deleting your account from the merchant app (More → Delete account) is usually fastest and removes your store and merchant data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Buyers: TiBiznis does not require a buyer account to place orders. If you only shared your name and phone with sellers through orders, say so below — we will handle what we can on our side and explain limits (for example, data held by individual merchants outside our control).
