This privacy policy applies to the TiBiznis app for mobile devices, the merchant web experience where you sign in to manage a store, and the buyer-facing storefront pages people open in a browser (together, the "Application"), developed by TiBiznis (the "Service Provider"). We may offer a free trial of merchant features; continued full use may require a paid subscription for platform access. Buyers typically do not create a TiBiznis account; merchants sign in with phone or email and password as described below. This service is provided "AS IS". It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
TiBiznis is a tool that lets merchants create storefronts and receive orders through a shared link. TiBiznis is not a marketplace for buyer purchases. For orders, buyers pay merchants directly; TiBiznis does not process those buyer-to-merchant payments and is not a party to the sale. Order details are shared with the merchant who receives the order.
Separately, TiBiznis charges merchants platform fees (for example a subscription) to access and maintain the service. Those merchant-to-TiBiznis payments are processed or facilitated through providers such as Stripe (card) or, where offered, manual MonCash flows that may require verification. This policy covers data needed for sign-in, orders, billing, activation, and optional partner programs.
The Application acquires information you supply when you download, register, or use TiBiznis as a merchant or buyer. Much of this information is required for the service to function (for example, you cannot operate a storefront or place an order without providing the minimum details the feature needs).
That includes, in particular:
Registration is not mandatory to browse in all cases, but you may not be able to use merchant or ordering features without registering and providing the information those features require.
The Service Provider may also use the information you provided to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, and occasional product-related messages, in addition to transactional email described below.
We use the information we collect to:
Merchants may receive a limited free trial. When the trial ends, activation may be required to continue full use, and activation may involve payment of platform fees. We store data needed to manage your store's status, process subscriptions, and send you reminders and activation links. Links use tokens tied to your store so activation steps apply to the correct account. Some activations (for example when you submit payment proof for manual verification) may be reviewed by TiBiznis before access is granted or confirmed.
We may send transactional emails for operations such as: trial reminders, activation notices, payment or subscription confirmations, MonCash or activation updates, new-order notices to merchants (where enabled), and account-related messages. These are service messages, not marketing newsletters. We use Resend to deliver email; Resend processes recipient addresses and message content only to send mail on our behalf.
If we offer a partner or referral program, we may store referral attribution (for example which partner referred a merchant) and calculate partner earnings from qualifying billing events (such as activation or subscription payments). Ledgers and related records are kept on TiBiznis systems for program administration and payouts.
When you use TiBiznis as a merchant in a browser, we set an HTTP-only session cookie (tb_session) so you stay signed in for a limited time. It is not readable by page scripts and is sent only to TiBiznis on requests to our domains. Signing out clears it.
Authorized TiBiznis operators who use the separate internal admin tools receive a different HTTP-only cookie after successful operator authentication. Merchants and buyers do not use that cookie in normal flows.
On public storefront pages, we may set a small cookie (tb_buyer_locale) to remember your display language choice for that browser.
Buyers typically do not sign in to TiBiznis. On the storefront, your browser may store data locally (for example under keys such as tb_cart:… for the shopping cart, tb_buyer_profile for name and phone you enter at checkout, and tb_blocked_store_ids for stores you chose to hide on this device). This data stays on your device unless you submit an order or report (which sends only what those actions require to our servers). It does not sync across devices unless TiBiznis adds that feature later.
When a buyer reports a storefront, TiBiznis stores the report on our servers, including the selected reason, optional free-text details, the reported store identifier, a status for internal workflow, and limited technical metadata (for example IP address and User-Agent) to reduce spam and duplicate submissions. That metadata is not shown to the reported merchant as part of the standard storefront experience.
Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data they collect from buyers and enter into TiBiznis. TiBiznis stores and processes that data on the merchant's behalf to provide the service. TiBiznis does not control how merchants use buyer or customer information outside the platform (for example, in their own records, messaging apps, or payment arrangements).
When a buyer places an order through a merchant's storefront, the information the buyer provides as part of that order (such as name, phone, and order details) is visible to that merchant. This is necessary for the merchant to confirm, fulfill, and communicate about the order. TiBiznis does not use that relationship to act as the seller.
Like most web and mobile services, TiBiznis and our infrastructure providers may process technical metadata when you use the Application—for example IP address, request timestamps, browser or app user agent, routing information, and error logs. Merchants who enable push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging, which involves device tokens and related delivery metadata processed under Firebase's terms and privacy materials. We do not use TiBiznis to collect precise GPS location from buyers or merchants as part of the storefront flows described in this policy.
This Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Merchant-uploaded product images may be sent to AWS Rekognition for automated content analysis (for example detecting categories such as explicit or suggestive content, violence, drugs, or tobacco-related imagery, subject to AWS's models and labels). Results can be stored on TiBiznis servers and used to flag images for internal review and, while flagged in certain states, to omit those images from buyer-facing storefront responses generated by TiBiznis. This is not a generative-AI chat feature; it is provider-run image screening.
Merchant product names and notes are checked with deterministic, rule-based lists on TiBiznis servers (not a third-party LLM). Severe matches block saving the listing; other matches may be saved but recorded for internal review.
We rely on third-party infrastructure to run the Application. That includes, for example, Stripe for merchant subscription billing and card processing (platform fees); Firebase Authentication (merchant phone and email/password sign-in where used); Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications on the mobile app where that feature is enabled; Resend for transactional email delivery; cloud hosting (such as Google Cloud or Firebase Hosting, and application runtimes such as Cloud Run or equivalent); object storage (such as Amazon S3 or S3-compatible storage) for images and files; and AWS Rekognition for the image screening described above. Standard operational logging from these providers may include technical metadata (for example, IP addresses or device signals) as part of running and securing the service. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us, under their own privacy policies and agreements.
Third-party services we use publish their own privacy policies. Examples include:
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
TiBiznis does not sell your personal information. We share personal data only (a) with service providers who help us host, secure, and operate the Application (as described above), and (b) when required by law or as otherwise described in this policy (for example, to protect rights and safety, or to respond to valid legal process).
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
TiBiznis may be used from different countries and regions. Your information may be processed and stored on servers or by providers outside your country of residence, including where our infrastructure or subprocessors operate. By using the Application, you understand that cross-border transfers may occur as needed to provide the service.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The Service Provider will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
If you use TiBiznis as a merchant, you can delete your merchant account and store from inside the Application (through the account options in the merchant area). That action is intended to remove your account, storefront, and the merchant-side data we store for you, subject to the retention limits below.
If you cannot use in-app deletion (for example, you lost access to your device), you may submit a request using our web form at tibiznis.com/delete-account (include the phone number or merchant email you use for TiBiznis sign-in) or email Support@tibiznis.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
You may also contact Support@tibiznis.com for access, correction, or other privacy requests you cannot complete in the product.
Some information may be retained where we have a legitimate need—for example, to meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or maintain security backups for a limited period—even after you delete your account or ask for deletion.
Please note that some User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function; deleting certain data may limit or end your ability to use specific features.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at Support@tibiznis.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. That includes authentication safeguards (such as phone one-time codes and email-and-password sign-in handled by our authentication provider; TiBiznis does not store merchant passwords) and infrastructure-level protections from our hosting and cloud providers (for example, access controls and encryption in transit where supported by the service). We limit access to personal information to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve the Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider's processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing," means using cookies, local storage in your browser where applicable, sending transactional email where described above, or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information.
If you have any questions regarding privacy while using the Application, or have questions about the practices, please contact the Service Provider via email at Support@tibiznis.com.
